Your C should be 100% L-ascorbate (the biologically-correct molecule). Most vitamin C products are a mixture of D-ascorbate and L-ascorbate. D-ascorbate is an irritant, a biologically useless form of C that can even interfere with vitamin C metabolism. When your C is not pure L-ascorbate, you are paying good money for a product that is partially useless and perhaps even detrimental!
Secondly, your C should be fully reduced. This means all the C is in its antioxidant form. In most products, you get oxidized as well as reduced vitamin C. In many C products, as much as 25% of the C will be in the oxidized form -- a harmful pro-oxidant form rather than a helpful antioxidant form.
Fillers and flowing agents, themselves impurities, often mask the color change that occurs with oxidation. Now that 90 percent of vitamin C is coming from China, which has undercut U.S. and European sources with cheaper prices, the situation is only getting worse -- more impurities and more oxidation.
Fancy new forms of vitamin C like ester C, ascorbyl palmitate, sustained released C, and "natural" vitamin C have not improved upon the kind of C animals have produced for themselves for millennia, which is exactly the form found in Beyond Health vitamin C. Vitamin C is involved in more biochemical reactions than any other vitamin and has more than 300 functions in the body.
It is a key antioxidant that synergizes with and regenerates most of the other antioxidants. Antioxidants control inflammation -- a major component in just about every disease. They also prevent damage from environmental pollution.
Vitamin C is also crucial to the production of collagen. The main protein in connective tissue, collagen is largely responsible for maintaining the structure of the body. Bones cannot be strong without it. Blood vessels cannot maintain their integrity, and indeed, some have called atherosclerosis a vitamin C deficiency disease. Loss of collagen in skin leads to wrinkles. Joints become arthritic if collagen in them is degraded.
Vitamin C supports adrenal function, especially during stress, when huge amounts of C are used up rapidly.
It plays a key role in the synthesis of neurotransmitters.
It removes heavy metals and other toxins from the body.

Dr. Russell Blaylock, retired neurosurgeon and author of Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills, and Health and Nutrition Secrets That Can Save Your Life as well as Natural Strategies for Cancer Patients, has some answers that you could tape onto your refrigerator or medicine cabinet.
Your Emergency Kit
Dr. Blaylock recommends that you
- have a cold pack and apply it immediately onto the inoculated or nasal mist sprayed area and continue for the rest of the day. He had observed this working on vaccinated infants who were having adverse immune reactions from their vaccinations. He recommends that you continue cold pack applications and even cold showers if excessive immune reactions causing discomfort continue after the first day.
- An hour or so before the shot or nasal mist spray, take a high dose of curcumin and quercetin! Blaylock says these two flavonoids mixed, even with other flavonoids, tend to block the adjuvant squalene's damage. It seems that continuing those two anti-inflammatory substances should be continued for some time after the shot or shots. Curcumin is in tumeric. So start using that spice in your food now.
- Have a high EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid ) Omega 3 oil on hand. Take a high dose of EPA Omega 3 an hour before the vaccination! Then use much lower doses for a few days after. High EPA oils do dampen your immune system, but this is what you want to protect yourself from the squalene adjuvant that produces hyper immune reactions that cause brain inflammation. Blaylock says that studies have shown this to be highly effective with vaccinations. He recommends fish oils since they are are high in EPA Omega 3. But beware of mercury. Hemp seed oil (it's legal) could be a worthy substitute. Mercury is another harmful adjuvant in vaccines. So sea foods that are liable to contain mercury should be avoided from now on.
- Vitamin D3: Protection from the Swine Flu and the Vaccination Starting now, boost your vitamin D3 intake. Mike Adams has been saying this for weeks if not months. Get as much sun on exposed skin as possible, and supplement at least 5000 IU's per day for adults and 2000 IU's per day for children. More won't hurt.Vitamin D3 is an immune regulator. That means it not only boosts your immune system to help you fight off any flu, it dampens an overactive immune system and protects you from a cytokine storm. Pretty nifty stuff! Avoid common drugstore vitamin D or D2. Those are not the D3 that will help you. The caveat for the transdermal creation of Vitamin D3 from the sun is a claim that showering or bathing with soap soon after sun exposure tends to diminish the vitamin D3 production that begins in the skin. So try to bathe or shower before sun exposure, or shower by applying soap only to the normally stinky parts of your body that were not exposed. Time to get tough!
- If you do get jabbed, Blaylock recommends you increase your Vitamin D3 dosage to as high as 20,000 IU's per day and 5,000 IU's for children for a couple of weeks, then cutting that in half for several days. Vitamin D3 is not a vitamin, but is actually a neural hormone explained Dr. Blaylock.
- He advises using an assimilable calcium supplement to increase Vitamin D3's efficiency. Consider calcium a vitamin D3 adjuvant!
- Blaylock recommended everyone start taking a good multi mineral/vitamin that does not contain iron or copper but is high in selenium and zinc. Zinc deficiency was found to be high among young children who had serious vaccination consequences. But Blaylock cautions against any copper in the mix since it generates free radicals.Selenium is an excellent anti-viral as well as anti-inflammatory. There is evidence that toxicity from taking selenium with doses above 200 mcgs is bogus. Twice as much is recommended by that information source. In Japan, the average daily intake of selenium is 500 mcgs. And they have a lower cancer rate than the United States. Try to use natural sources.To be safe and selective, it may be wise to use individual vitamins and minerals.
- The B complex is important, as are the selenium and zinc.
- High doses of buffered vitamin C, 1000 mgs four times a day, is what Blaylock recommends if you get stuck or sprayed. There is high anti-inflammatory activity with Vitamin C as well as anti viral potential.
- Then Vitamin E, high in gamma-E in its natural form is another Blaylock recommendation to reduce cytokine inflammation.

- Another Blaylock recommendation is white tea. The whiter the better. It's a fairly new arrival to the west that has been known in the orient for hundreds of years. So you may have to go online to get it. He recommends four strong cups a day as another effective immune regulator.
- Apogenin and luteolin are flavonoids that are very good at blocking autoimmune diseases.
- Blaylock suggests mixing celery and parsley in a blender and drinking the juice twice a day to get those two flavonoids into your system. However, for juicing while preserving enzymes, a slow speed juicer, if you can get your hands on one, is better than a blender.
- Finally, Blaylock says to avoid oils made of corn, safflower, canola, peanut, soybean, and sunflower. He claims they suppress immunity while creating inflammation. Not what you want if you've been jabbed with squalene.
Summary and Conclusion
These are all the main points of Dr. Russell Blaylock's advice on surviving the swine flu vaccinations. His experience as a neurosurgeon has guided him to be an excellent researcher into the nervous system's reactions to vaccinations and neurotoxins in food additives.

There has been a lot of success recorded from homeopathic treatment of vaccination injuries, or VIDS (vaccination induced disease syndrome). So for long term negative effects, it's wise to establish a relationship with a homeopath who doesn't look puzzled when you mention VIDS or vaccination injury.

The Following was composed by Dr. Russell Blaylock as a method to reduce autoimmune reactions to the flu vaccines only. Do not use this if you have the flu itself. These are just general observations and not medical advice. You should work with your doctor for a specific program.
Treatment for Toxic Vaccine Exposure
- Place a cold compress on the site of the injection immediately after the injection and continue this as often as possible for at least two days. If symptoms of fever, irritability, fatigue or flu-like symptoms reoccur -- continue the cold compresses until they abate. A cold shower or bath will also help.
- Take fish oils -- I recommend the Norwegian fish oil made by Carlson Labs -- it has the correct balance of EPA and DHA to reduce the cytokine storm. The dose is one tablespoon a day -- if severe symptoms develop -- two tablespoons a day until well and then switch to one tablespoon a day. Children -- one teaspoon a day.
- Curcumin, quercetin, ferulic acid and ellagic acid as a mixture -- the first two must be mixed with extravirgin olive oil in one teaspoon. Take the mix three times a day (500 mg of each)
- Vitamin E (natural form) 400 IU a day (high in gamma-E)
- Vitamin C 1000 mg four times a day
- Astaxanthin 4 mg a day
- Zinc 20 mg a day for one week then 5 mg a day
- Avoid all immune stimulating supplements (mushroom extracts, whey protein) except beta-glucan -- it has been shown to reduce inflammation, microglial activation and has a reduced risk of aggravating autoimmunity, while increasing antiviral cellular immunity.
- Take a multivitamin/mineral daily (one without iron)
- Magnesium citrate/malate 500 mg of elemental magnesium two capsules three times a day
- Vitamin D3:
All Children -- 5000 IU a day for two weeks after vaccine then 2000 IU a day thereafter
Adults -- 20,000 IU a day after vaccine for two weeks then 10,000 IU a day thereafter
Take 500 mg to 1000 mg of calcium citrate a day for adults and 250 mg a day for children under age 12 years.
- Avoid all mercury-containing seafood
- Avoid omega-6 oils (corn, safflower, sunflower, soybean, canola and peanut oils)

Drug and alcohol detoxing aside, in the alternative health community, detoxing has a very specific meaning. It starts with the definition of the word toxin. A toxin is anything that causes stagnation, congestion, or disease or that impedes any of the normal functions of the body. Toxins can impact the body at the system level (the elimination system), the organ level (liver and kidneys), or even the cellular level. Removing the toxins and reestablishing optimal functioning of the body and its systems is essential to good health. And yes, VoYS was half correct. The body has systems that do this naturally. They are called the colon, the liver, the kidneys, the lymph, etc. The problem is that too often nowadays, we so overwhelm and overload these systems that they can no longer keep pace and remove all the toxins. Dr Blaylock’s List of suggestions on How to Reduce the Toxic Effects of the A/H1N1 Vaccine, is as follows:
1. Number one on the list says Dr Blaylock, is to bring a cold pack with you and place it on the site of the injection as soon as you can, as this will block the immune reaction. Once you get home, continue using a cold pack throughout the day. If you continue to have immune reactions the following day, have cold showers and continue with the cold press.
2. Take fish oil. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), one of the omega 3 fatty acids found in fish oil supplements, is a potent immune suppressant. If you take high dose EPA you will be more susceptible to infections, because it is a powerful immune suppressant. However, in the case of an immune adjuvant reaction, you want to reduce it. Studies show that if you take EPA oil one hour before injecting a very powerful adjuvant called lipopolysaccharide (LPS), it would completely block the ability of the LPS to cause brain inflammation. Take a moderate dose everyday and more if needed to tame a cytokine storm.
3. Flavonoids are third on the list, namely curcumin, quercetin, ferulic acid and ellagic acid, particularly in a mixture. The curcumin and quercetin in particular have been found to block the ability of the adjuvants to trigger a long-term immune reaction. If you take it an hour before the vaccination, it should help dampen the immune reactions says Dr Blaylock.

6. Also use astaxanthin as it’s an anti-inflammatory. According to Dr Blaylock, fatal reactions to vaccines in aboriginal and African children occurred in those who were deficient in carotinoids, like astaxanthin. It is a good protection against the toxic effects of the vaccine.
7. Likewise, it was found that children who were deficient in zinc had a high mortality rate. Zinc is very protective against vaccine toxicity. (Do not use zinc mixed with copper however, as copper is a major trigger of free-radical generation according to Dr Blaylock).

9. Take a multivitamin- mineral daily – one that does not contain iron. This multivitamin- mineral is to make sure your body has plenty of B vitamins and selenium. Selenium, said Dr Blaylock, is very important for fighting viral infections and it reduces the inflammatory response to vaccines.

11. What is very important is vitamin D3, which is the only ‘vitamin’ the body can manufacture from sunlight (UVB). It is a neural hormone, not really a vitamin says Dr Blaylock and helps if you are over-reacting immunologically by cooling down the reaction. Similarly, if you are under-reacting, it helps to boost your immune response. In addition it also protects against microorganism invasion. Black people and those in colder climates are particularly deficient, so they will almost certainly require supplementation.
Dr Blaylock recommends that following vaccination it will help to keep the immune reaction under control if:
i) All children get 5,000 units a day for two weeks after the vaccine and then 2,000 a units a day thereafter;
ii) Adults get 20,000 units a day after the vaccine for two weeks, then 10,000 units a day thereafter;
iii) And with that adults should take 500-1000 mg of calcium a day and children under the age of 12 years should take 250 mg a day, as vitamin D works more efficiently in the presence of calcium.
12. Ensure you avoid all mercury-containing seafood or any other sources of mercury, as the heavy metal is a very powerful inducer of autoimmunity, is known to make people more susceptible to viral infections and will be in H1N1 vaccines.
13. Avoid the oils that significantly suppress immunity and increase inflammation - such as corn, safflower, sunflower, soybean, canola and peanut oils.
14. Drink very concentrated white tea at least four times a day. It helps to prevent abnormal immune reactions.

The Swine Flu vaccine safety tests being fast-tracked under “public health emergency” rules and some questionable ingredients in it have many health experts warning about the risks of taking it.
Barbara Loe Fisher, National Vaccine Information Center President, states, “Right now, you need to become educated about vaccination, influenza, vaccine risks and the public health laws in your state. You need to find out what your rights and options are under new public health laws that may require you … and your children to be vaccinated or quarantined.”
So what are the risks of taking the swine flu vaccines? The answer to this may depend on who you ask.
Dr. Joseph Mercola, a health activist, author and strong critic of the swine flu immunization program states, “There can be no argument that unnecessary mass injection of millions of children with a vaccine containing an adjutant known to cause a host of debilitating autoimmune diseases is a reckless, dangerous plan.”
Here is some of the evidence he provides: An oil, known as squalene is being used reduce the amount of viral antigen required in vaccines. This ingredient allows companies to produce more vaccines for less money at a faster rate.
Countless medical professionals and experts believe using it in immunizations is a bad idea. This is going to be somewhat experimental.
There isn’t a single vaccine containing squalene that is approved for use in America, according to Meryl Nass, M.D., who notes that Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline will make use of it as a “novel feature of the H1N1 vaccines.”
Squalene is a naturally occurring oil, found in the human brain, joints, and other places. The problem, according to some experts, occurs when it is administered in a vaccine. They claim that the human body will create antibodies to attack the oil. Squalene is believed by many to be responsible for the wide variety of symptoms that were called collectively "Gulf War Syndrome." This illness has presented itself by sometimes producing a debilitating set of phenomena, which has been seen in a large number of U.S. military personnel who served during the first war in Iraq.

All (100%) GWS patients immunized for service in Desert Shield/Desert Storm who did not deploy, but had the same signs and symptoms as those who did deploy, had antibodies to squalene,” noted a Tulane Medical School study published in Experimental Molecular Pathology. “In contrast, none (0%) of the deployed Persian Gulf veterans not showing signs and symptoms of GWS have antibodies to squalene.” The study has been challenged, but it is still widely cited.
The American Journal of Pathology has published a study which highlighted problems with the use of the substance as well. One injection of squalene into rats led them to develop what humans know as rheumatoid arthritis, or “chronic, immune-mediated joint-specific inflammation.”
Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg, the chairman of the health committee in the German parliament and the European Council has written in the German newspaper “Bild” about another potential risk of the vaccine in an article entitled "German health expert’s flu warning: Does virus vaccine increase risk of cancer?" The article states, “the nutrient solution for the vaccine consists of cancerous cells from animals,” and according to Wodarg, "we do not know if there could be an allergic reaction.”
Johannes Löwer, the president of the German government’s Paul Ehrlich Institute, also warned in the same article that the side effects of the shot could be worse than the actual swine flu.
Another ingredient in the H1N1 vaccine will be Thimerosal, a mercury-based preservative which has come under fire from many different medical experts. Many studies have come to the conclusion that the substance does not cause autism, but at the same time there are critics of these various studies.
Autism has not been the only concern about Thimerosal. The FDA has actually told pharmaceutical companies to stop using the substance in early childhood vaccines. Many however still contain it and the swine flu vaccine will be no exception. Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, said that because of concerns over the preservative, there will be some vaccines available without it.
Critics are still not satisfied however. "We don't have adequate safety studies on this vaccine before we are moving forward to market," noted Lyn Redwood, the president of a non-profit organization called SafeMinds (Sensible Action For Ending Mercury-Induced Neurological Disorders) dedicated to investigating and raising awareness about the risks associated with mercury in medicinal products. "I'm really not convinced that we know for sure that the risk of the disease outweighs the risk of the vaccine, especially since this is a brand new additive that we have never used before in combination with thimerosal."
Thimerosal, squalene, and cancerous animal cells are not the only red flags. Other potentially dangerous chemicals and substances often found in influenza vaccines are formaldehyde, antibiotics, and even ethylene glycol, known as anti-freeze. There are various health experts who have varying opinions about the effects of all of these additives, but many doctors still warn against them.
Yet another concern has come to light in the UK with a letter sent to senior neurologists by the government’s Health Protection Agency sent a letter warning that the new swine flu vaccine is linked to the deadly nerve disease known as Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS). The Daily Mail reported in an article entitled "Swine flu jab link to killer nerve disease: Leaked letter reveals concern of neurologists over 25 deaths in America." The infamous government swine flu vaccine of 1976 reportedly produced eight times greater risk of contracting the paralysis-inducing GBS illness in those who received it and killed more people than the actual virus. The leaked letter warned recipients to keep an eye open for GBS and to report it promptly.
The people who seem totally convinced about the inoculations’ safety and efficacy, or who are at least downplaying the potential risks and side effects, appear to be mostly government bureaucrats or people with vested interests. Factually every medicinal product carries some risk, and these vaccines are no different.
The population desperately needs to be educated about the potential complications of the swine flu vaccine and then decide with their families and healthcare providers what they should do concerning weighing the risks of the vaccine and of the swine flu.
The decision about swine flu vaccination should be made individually without government prodding or propaganda.

In May, U.S. Health and Human Services secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced the use of $1.1 billion for clinical studies this summer and for commercial-scale production of two potential vaccine ingredients for a pre-pandemic influenza stockpile."Preparation and planning are critical to keep Americans safe in the face of a potential pandemic," Sebelius said. "Our goal throughout this new H1N1 outbreak has been to stay one step ahead of the virus. An important part of this effort has been our work to develop a potential vaccine because vaccines can help prevent and control influenza virus outbreaks. The actions we are taking today will help us be prepared if a vaccine is needed."
And just what are the risks associated with adjuvanted vaccines?For one thing, the experimental additive made by Novartis for its version contains squalene, which critics say generates "concentrated and unremitting immune responses over long periods of time."To say it another way, a 2000 study published in the American Journal of Pathology showed that a single injection of squalene into rats engendered rheumatoid arthritis."We demonstrate that one intradermal injection of this adjuvant lipid can induce joint-specific inflammation in arthritis-prone DA rats," the study's authors wrote. "... Our demonstration that an autoadjuvant can trigger chronic, immune-mediated joint-specific inflammation may give clues to the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis, and it raises new questions concerning the role of endogenous molecules with adjuvant properties in chronic inflammatory diseases."Squalene has also been linked to Gulf War Syndrome, after participants in a government anthrax vaccine program turned up with the condition. Squalene was found in the vaccine."Squalene was found by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in five lots of the AVIP anthrax vaccine," an August 2002 article in Experiment and Molecular Pathology stated. "The discovery of serum anti-squalene antibodies and the development of a test to detect these antibodies has made it possible to see that links appear to exist between the contaminated AVIP vaccine lots, the illness experienced by post-1997 vaccine recipients, the illness experienced by non-deployed 1990-1991-era patients, and the illness in deployed 1990-1991-era patients that has been referred to as GWS."

One of the most popular sites on the web for mothers and pregnant women has found that almost half of mothers-to-be say they will refuse the swine flu vaccine due to fears over side effects and safety concerns.
Results of a poll on Mumsnet.com, which offers advice and support on parenting and family issues to 800,000 individual visitors per month, indicate that an overwhelming amount of pregnant women have severe reservations over the jab.
Out of almost 1500 respondents, 48% said they would probably or definitely not take the swine flu vaccine. Just 6% said they definitely will take the shot, with the remaining 22% saying they probably will be vaccinated.
Those figures were mirrored in further results that found 46% of respondents said they probably or definitely would not vaccinate their children. Only 5% said they definitely would vaccinate their kids, with 22% saying they probably would.
“It’s obvious from these results and from discussions about this on Mumsnet.com that lots of mums and mums-to be are questioning whether or not to have the swine flu vaccine or give the vaccine to their children. Some are worried about how well it’s been tested, others about its effectiveness and side-effects,” one of the website’s founders, Carrie Longton told the London Guardian.
The news follows revelations from multiple polls and peer reviewed studies that indicate the majority of all health workers and doctors throughout the world fear the vaccine is unsafe and will refuse to take it.
Many are concerned about the fact that the vaccine is being rushed through safety procedures while the government has provided pharmaceutical companies with blanket immunity from lawsuits arriving out of the vaccine causing deaths and injuries.
The H1N1 shots will contain mercury and squalene, adjuvants linked to the severe nerve disease Guillain-Barre Syndrome, which killed more people than the actual flu virus the last time a pandemic was declared in 1976.
Government officials in the US and the UK are launching huge propaganda efforts to counter the growing revolt against vaccination.
